This was my first time at this salon and unfortunately it was not one of my best experiences. I booked a group appointment for 6pm. Upon arrival, all techs were busy and we were waiting for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. There seemed to be confusion with our bookings, and I also booked with a specific tech but received a different person.
