They have some leads that are rude as hell. You clarify something with them and they act like you ask the wrong thing. Cause one can tell you to do something then another says your wrong. So I guess by making sure you don’t mess up they get annoyed with you
This auction company will incorrectly inspect vehicles and announce them with Structural Damage, even though there is absolutely nothing wrong with them. And when you can provide documentation from 3 different 3rd party sources, they still won't amend their mistakes. Worst experience I've ever had communicating with a business. Their arbitration department should probably learn how to speak to people who buy thousands of cars from auction. Absolute joke of a company.
