If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment to pick up my vehicle at 12:30, but they close at noon on Fridays. Why the hell would they schedule me for an appointment 30 minutes AFTER they close? What kind of place is only open 9-12? Now I have to wait until Monday to try to make a new appointment and miss MORE work. Shady practices all around!
