Absolute WORST COMPANY EVER. Zero customer service. Even in emergencies.
If your condo association is looking for a management company look elsewhere. This is easily the worst management company I have ever come across. Save yourself the headache and choose a management company that is professional and responsive. Cookie is unapologetic in her unprofessionalism and inability to run simple processes.
