I had an appointment 9am and yet my car was there being work on for over 8 hours. Communications with the service department is horrible. They tell you one thing and do something else. I only came in for a basic service, oil change. Also don't ask for Gran Pre of Long Breach tickets either, they wont give it to you. Yeah Carson Toyota looks like the new dealership to go for service.
Just bought a new Highlander last night! Excellent service from Dilver and financing. First time buying a car in 14 years, great experience. Thanks to everyone at Manhattan Beach Toyota!
Thanks to your service department you kept us from cancelling our trip. You guys rock!!!!
Manhattan Beach Toyota, has the BEST Service department. They break everything down to you & are super helpful. Every time I go in for service I always get Jay, hands down Jay is the best!
