I had an appointment 9am and yet my car was there being work on for over 8 hours. Communications with the service department is horrible. They tell you one thing and do something else. I only came in for a basic service, oil change. Also don't ask for Gran Pre of Long Breach tickets either, they wont give it to you. Yeah Carson Toyota looks like the new dealership to go for service.
