Very Poor Service Over priced and unclear about their car services. I went and they wanted to charge an overpriced and unnecessary diagnosis fee of 90 dollars for what I told them was the problem within my car. They aren't customer friendly and I felt like i was getting ripped off. Service for changing a window regulator took way too long. Not going back again.

Under New Ownership Since the new owner(s) have taken over the sales and service experience have vastly improved. It is apparent that with the new owners came with a new philosophy. I noticed some new faces and a friendlier attitude.

The Service department continues to have a theft problem We live by the beach and always keep quarters in our cars for parking meters. About 6 months ago, 2 rolls of quarters were stolen out of my wifes car while it was in for service. We reported the problem but it was only $40.00 so we just wrote it off. Recently our sons car was in for maintenance and his iPod was stolen from his glove box.

Poor Service I've had a horrible experience in trying to get my car repaired at this dealer. They have you order the parts needed for your car and pay for them before the service. I relied on the staff at their Parts Department who told me the part was available in the correct color. The Service Department installed the part that arrived but it was not available in the color I needed. The other part I had to order arrived with an incorrect part for the driver's side. Oh, what an awful feeling I have two Toyota vehicles, and I only go to a Toyota dealership to get them serviced. I have been to the Manhattan Beach Toyota three times in the past three years, and that was three times too many.
