In my case, as a landlord, Mangold takes care of the advertising, application and check out processes. I handle much (but not all) of the maintenance. Thankfully, being close to DLI, MIIS, and NPGS keeps my units in demand. Mangold collects rents, pays utilities, advises on maintenance issues, takes care of emergency problems and handles it all pretty well.
We've been living in a Mangold property for a few years now, and they have always been quick to fix things and easy to work with. The ladies who answer the phone, Maria and Olga, are very nice and professional and take care of what you need or transfer you to where you need to go. A lot of the properties are not pet friendly, but that isn't their choice. I would give Mangold a call and give them a try. The rental rates won't break the bank.
I have been Mangold PM for a variety of property management and maintenance issues for almost two years now. I find them to be an extremely prompt, courteous, and cost effective solution for me being a property owner a state away from his rental units. Their range of expertise and services make them my one-stop-shop for my property management needs.
Mangold has been great to rent from. From the first day we had a nice gal help us fill out the application form, and the day we moved in everything went smoothly. I am really impressed with the response times of the tech crews whenever there is something that needs to be done. All in all, solid company and solid business.
