I have been with Mangold properties for about 9 months now and from the beginning they have been very help full to all my rental needs, may I say first the staff at Mangold is friendly professional and knowledgeable. (the three ladies up front!) anytime i needed pluming or other things taken care of at my property they took care of it write away and made me feel comfortable, they truly care. I recommend Mangold Property Management to anyone looking for great rental properties!

My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mangold Property Management! They are very efficient, detail oriented, whenever we needed anything accomplished at our home in Del Montte Forest, it was always completed in a proper timeframe and manner. Okay so I will update my review as I am coming to the end of our term and will let you know how the moving out process goes For now: The women in the office are so nice! I don't understand why people are saying they're mean. Every time I've gone in, we always talk! As for maintenance I think Morris, the older gentlemen (sorry if I butchered the name) is awesome!! I just moved to Carmel and the folks at Mangold, especialy Erica and the ladies in the reception area, are just great to work with...in person or, like in my case, from 700 miles away.
Friendly staff. Good service when looking for a place. Quick with maintenance.
