Mangold property management has very hardworking individuals working on their team. I do agree that they may be understaffed but they are clearly doing something right to continually build a business decades. I am a owner on multiple properties and have been very happy with Mangold.

I arrived in Monterey from Portugal and had contacted Christine Clauser prior to my arrival. We found a great apartment in Greenwich Village in less than two weeks. By my second week in MontereyI was already moving in. Christine was very helpful and friendly. I worked with many brokers in those two crazy weeks, but I feel that the people at best apartments actually managed to show me the better apartments available at that time and for the price range I had set.

I have been renting in Monterey for 2 years going on 3. I am super excited because they just put in a new tub stopper. The property manager Dennis is wonderful...he cares for his tenants which is refreshing.

My experience with Mangold was the best. Dennis was always there to help with any questions or concerns my family and I had. Erika was very helpful. The rental I had I loved the home like it was my own. Any issue I had wether it was matinence it got taken care of right away. All mangold employees we're great and very professional. I greatly appreciate everything mangold did for my family. I will make sure to refer friends and family to mangold property for rental. Thank you Mangold property management.
