If I could have it would be zero stars. Negotiated a deal in good faith, Left a deposit and told car would be ready 2 days later to pick up. Pick up day came and terms of the deal changed. Not the first time I have heard this for this dealership. Make sure everything you negotiate is given to you in writing. Do not take their word for anything. Better yet......go to another dealership.
I have been taking my 2005 Chevy Suburban 1500 to Manfredi since 2009. I have had problems with Chevrolet Corporation (about an issue that should have been classified as a recall) but NEVER had any problems with the dealership. They are truly professionals and treat their customers great. I could take my vehicle to a small time mechanic but why should I when I have piece & mind knowing that my vehicle will be taken care of the first time.
Service waiting area was nice. Went in for recall work. Recall was done and they discovered that my inspection sticker was expired, transmission fluid needs to be changed and throttle body needs cleaning. Thanks for the heads up. I'll take care of those things myself.
