Just walked out of Manfredi Chevrolet. They don’t honor their own advertisements. The advertisement was online as well in the paper. I read the disclosure and fine print as well. Not only do they tell me that the ad was a mistake but they push a deal to me that wasn’t even close and say that the extra money is to get me where I want my payments to be. Definitely a bait and switch or scam to get you into their dealership. Very disappointed
Staff very efficient and friendly. Brought my car in on a recall. My only complaint was person making the appointment would not say how long the repair would take. They should have an estimated time if you make an appointment.
Absolutely horrible.. purchased a car 11 months ago, has been in the shop 5 times now. No one seems to know what they are doing. Never have a loaner car available! They sell lemons! Total rip off on their prices! Do not buy from here

Is a rip off. They are a huge Shithole on staten island. How do you get a new engine and check engine light still on and then have massive misfiring. Scumbags. Go else where.

Amazing customer service! From the second i walked in to the second i left i had great people helping me and had an answer for all of my questions! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new car. Al was a great salesmen!!
