History Established in 1984. Bob Stineford, a well known and likeable man and native of Oneonta, NY . He opened Mane Street Cutters in the early 80s. He opened the salon as a two story salon and after years of trying to maintain both stories, he decided to downsize and just keep the upstairs salon running for a little more intimate setting. Today I had my first experience there and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’ve been coloring and cutting my hair myself for years now trying to save money and it’s needed some help lol I went to my appointment with Kimber and she made my hair beautiful again. She was great to chat with and definitely kept her patience with my very thick head of hair lol
