Words cannot describe how horrible this establishment is. My husband came home from his hair cut with blood and cuts all over his neck and behind his ears. When speaking with the manager Megan, she was rude, talking to other people in the background, and made it sound like a huge inconvenience to be taking my call. I requested a refund, but the hairdresser offered my husband a band aid instead. I was greeted in a very rushed and unwelcomed way. I was told over the phone my stylists name, & upon arriving, Faith did not greet me or shake my fiancé's hand when she asked if she was my stylist. The conversation Faith carried was beyond inappropriate, flirting and mentioning how she has been sleeping around when my fiancé is sitting in the lobby, I was very uncomfortable.
