Mandi is a skillful trauma-informed therapist based in Encino. She is a colleague that I refer to especially for OCD and self-esteem related issues. She is formally trained in ERP for OCD treatment, which really matters. ERP is specialized training and is the gold standard for OCD treatment. I highly recommend Mandi.
