His bedside manner is terrible. When I asked what the next steps were and asked about different imaging options he rudely interrupted me and said “I’m the doctor not you..” additionally, he interrupted my concerns on a phone call to tell me “I don’t have all day I have other patients to call”
Arrived for a follow-up appt per his request for an MRI. I arrived- he said we aren’t doing it & I will do it at the pain clinic instead. When I asked about my treatment plan and the purpose of this appt- he shouted at me and continued to do so as the door was open for all to hear. I was in tears. He did nothing at that appt, but I’m sure the crook is billing my insurance as though he did. As a psychologist, I cannot imagine yelling at a patient for asking questions about their treatment plan!
Dr Manderson is an excellent Dr I have had 4 surgeries with him great results
