The food is the best food i have ever tasted!!!! However the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!!! A group of 8 all went to get hot pot... some in our group ordered food for their kids.. so we asked to split the check according to what we ordered.. the teenage waitress had an attitude & said can we split it evenly because that is easier for her.. the teenage waitresses have the worst attitudes ever!! I will still eat there only because the food is sooo good & authentic!
My order was completely wrong, ordered Bone-In chicken and received Boneless Chicken. Received a credit instead of a replacement, customer service needs bit of help with multilingual. Very satisfied and still hungry customer. I understand the Restaurant or grub Hub to deliver one wrong order its not feasible to do that and its insane on drivers too. I don't expect any refund or replacement from Restaurant. Always forgive first mistake and ignore as it might be a bad day for customer. If similar problem persist again and agai... read more
Everything here is amazing. Very good sezchhuan dishes as well, which is uncommon.
I LOVE Mandarin Taste. I lived in Chengdu, China in 2002 and frequented the awesome tastes of Hot Pot. So when we heard Mandarin Taste served Hot Pot, I just had to try it. The moment I took my first bite, I was taken back to my time in Chengdu! Truly authentic!!!!
Authentic to the max, great selection and super tasty food....our favorite in town.
