I have been shopping at Mandarin Jewelers for many years. They are not a cookie cutter jewelry store with 700% markup prices like you find in the mall or the Town Center. The staff is extremely courteous and accommodating. If time permits they will size your rings while you wait. They have high quality merchandise at very reasonable prices and will customize pieces for you. I will never shop at a chain jewelry store again because of the lack of personal service and extremely high prices.

I brought in a ring to be sized and i needed it the next day because i was going out of town. The jeweler had it finished for me the same day while i grabbed lunch. It was beautiful when i picked it upand fit perfectly! I will definately go back!

Watch out!!! I took my ring there to have some work done there and the swapped out the diamond. They refuse to talk to me about the issue. I just hired an attorney to take these people to court… Do not go there they will rip you off!!!!
