I've been a customer for 10 yrs. Gary and Vicci have sold me jewelry, repaired jewelry and designed jewelry for me. They are the most honest, best priced and honest jewelers around. They have jewelry for the small budget up to luxurious pieces and I will be their client for the rest of my life. I've referred people to them who have been equally impressed by them.

I'm trying to figure out how there is such a huge discrepancy in reviews. I've been met with nothing but courtesy. I took an antique ring of grandmothers to have a stone replaced. I was very specific with the quality and type of stone I wanted a London blue Topaz. Not only did they find the perfect soon and have it set it was ready in about a week and absolutely stunning. This place has very poor customer service. I wanted to drop off a ring but then he told me that they are not responsible for lost diamonds while the ring was getting repaired. Something seems shady about this place. Then asked for the ring back and he got an attitude. I should have read the reviews before going to that place.

Brought a ring to them in November to get a small diamond replaced. After months of waiting I finally got it back NOT fixed. It was paid for in advance but I guess that didn't make it a priority. Won't go back. Still stuck with a broken ring.

We have done business with Gary & Vicci for years. I recommend them all the time to friends. Some of my most unique pieces of jewelry we bought there. Other pieces that they have fixed were excellent. Would not go to anyone else.

Gary has worked with me for over 10 years. He has always been direct and to the point, having helped me on MANY occasions with Watches and other antique jewellery repairs and yes he has switched out my diamonds twice for BETTER ONES that fit the setting and helped make my wife VERY happy. I don't know about the negative feedback and I am not in Gary's pocket, but I have NEVER had anything but great results. Don't got to this place. The owner Gary is rude and condescending. He treats people like they are below him. I was told the lone payment was due by 7/31 and when I went into pay they were closed for vacation. When they got back I was told I defaulted on my loan and they now own my ring. It is a scam. They tell you the wrong date so you loose your jewelry so they can resell for a profit. BEWARE!!!!!

This place has to have the worst customer service. They were extremely rude. Will not ever go back to this place.
