I had tried to make a settlement to pay off the debt in 24 months but I never got an answer from them and now they go to my old address to serve. It's just unbelievable how can that company have a phone number and email if they don't respond to any of them and they still have the guts to sue people before they can settle something with them. Specially in this pandemic is just unbelievable.
This company is sending threatening people to my house for a loan that is not mine! I have children here and the man is threatening.
Company called me and told me it was a recorded line. Wouldn't tell me who they were or what it was pertaining to or what company they were calling from. They wanted the last four of my social my birthday and my address. I told them I wouldn't verify that unless they told me who they were and they told me they could not complete the call and hang up.
I got sued by LVNV, went to court, agreed to pay, and nothing! They didn't get their money I agreed to pay! I gave em my banking information! Round two, they sent the process server again, and I refuse to get up and go to court again, as it is just a big waste of time, to go down there for nothing! And, I am not a morning person, to begin with! As they say, "So sue me!"
Ive been trying to get in touch with them for 2 weeks. Nobody ever returns my calls and they hardly answer their phones. I finally, after 10 tries got hold of a supervisor that answered my questions, sort of, and he told me to call him back the following day. I tried 15 times. I paid this off over a year ago and they still have not removed a lien they put on my property. When this debt was taken care of, they should have released the lien from my property. How does this company get an A+ rating when they are unethical?

I paid off my debt on November 1st and they asked me to send a picture of the check to them. Why do I have to send that information to them? They still took money out of my check and I told them they owe me money. This is still not resolved. Why are they asking me to do their work. When they cashed the payoff check why was it not recorded as paid. I am trying to refinance my house, but they have not recorded that the debt was paid off and so my checks continue to be garnished. Mandarich Law helped me in a bad situation. I had a judgment against me and they were set to garnish my wages would have been expensive. They agreed to work with me on a reduced amount so i could keep up with all my bills. They had no reason to be helpful to me but they were anyway. Their staff treated me with respect and worked with me for a resolution.
