This company has gotten a default judgment against me without not properly. Apparently they are known for this practice. The serving documents state that they handed the legal documents to someone who looks nothing remotely like me.

The Mandarich Law group feels they can double dip, and no one will ither A: notice or B: take the time to fight with them because they are a "law group". Unfortunately, they have double dipped on the wrong account. My husband's wages got garnished in 2022 for $2,394.14, using the same court order they re-sent it to his place of employment and garnished a separate amount of $1332.00 in January 2024. For obvious reasons, no one usually leaves a good review for collection agencies. I work for one myself and am familiar with that. However, in my 10 years collecting I have never encountered such disgusting customer service. I was making good on an arrangement until I felt into a hardship in 2022. At that point, I voluntarily called to express that hardship but because theyre in the position to exercise their options, they punish you to the fullest extent. This people are the worse they are garnished my pay check. I had pay them at least $1500 for them I still owed them $2500 they have garnished my pay check for the past 8 months.

Not only do the majority of their reps have attitude, Stephanie I. to name one, but they will hold your money and over charge you. Held on to an over charge in money for probably more than a month without an update until I called. According to this rep, it's evident they have lack of communication amongst multiple departments and cant even over night a check. 3 days later from when promised it would go out, and it has yet to arrive. I would give -5 stars if I could these people are the WORST !! I had no idea I had been sued or had a judgment against me. They should up at my work with a court order to garnish my wages. I tried to call them to set up a payment plan and they said i coud pay 1/2 and make payments to them for the next 12 months. I do not have that kind of $$. I also cant afford to give them 25% of my paycheck. They buy write off debts from credit card companies for pennies on the dollar,

I had tried to make a settlement to pay off the debt in 24 months but I never got an answer from them and now they go to my old address to serve. It's just unbelievable how can that company have a phone number and email if they don't respond to any of them and they still have the guts to sue people before they can settle something with them. Specially in this pandemic is just unbelievable.
