Traveling from Missouri, stayed in Gulf Port with camper for a couple of days. Ram 2500 check engine light came on. Google brought me to Bayside, Jermey in service identified the problem, was able to find the part local, scheduled me for 7:30 the next morning, (knowing we were from out of town and on the move). Absolutely loved the staff! very kind and the service manager himself discussed all options with us. we loved the personal care. we felt very comfortable and Isis was so sweet and professional. we will be forever customers and will ve referring friends and family. Had one of the best experiences here. The fact that the service manager talks directly to you is amazing. Isis was the best and patient and understanding. She was able to help me get my daughter and fiancé into the vehicles that they wanted with ease. I’ll be back for sure!

Do not buy a vehicle from this place. If my vehicle was not still under warranty I would not still be going there. I have had nothing but problems with a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn. I have had the door panel replaced, steering wheel, radio 3 times, and now the dashboard. So the service department you would expect to bend over backwards to accommodate you knowing that you have been inconvenienced.
