I was emailed about an event at mancuso central this past saturday. One thing that interested me was that the email said test rides!!!! I was excited about that because although I bought a new sportster from mancuso 2 years ago and I love it, I've never ridden a bigger harley. Now was my chance. So I jumped on my bike and rode 70 miles to the dealership. Once I got there, the salesman told me no test rides today. He said there were "logistical problems". Took our bike out today. Barely got 9 miles out. Speedometer/tach out again. Bike has been in Mancuso's innumerable times for same issue over the last year. They have replaced everything but the speedometer/tach purchased from them. So disgusted with their service department and all the time and energy spent dealing with innumberable individuals in their service department. We have never gotten more than 10 miles on a ride after picking it up from their service without it failing yet again.
Mancuso's is great but cant find away to get the financing I need to get my first bike which is the 2007 Soft tail Custom they have in the used department. But the workers there are real nice to customers .. thanks If I find away to get a bike I'll come bye it from ya'll .....
Husband bought a bike He can't even ride. They have no help to do repairs. Need good mechanics. And someone who won't feed the customer's head with lies.
Great service department ,always willing to go the extra mile for you
