I spent several hours at this dealer. Got approved by my military credit union and the check was being delivered in two days. I spoke with my sales rep the next day to confirm the bike was still there. he assured me that is was. the next morning the sales manager called and said they sold the bike and told me "It is what it is" I was warned about this location from other Harley Dealers but I gave them a chance and got burnt. Bought my ultra classic from Seth on Tuesday. Couldn't be happier with the bike and how I was treated. Amazing customer service and the bike was ready to roll when I picked it up liked promised! My last two Harleys were bought at other dealerships but will definitely return to Mancuso for all my service and next Harleys!

Service was really professional and polite, welcoming staff, and the overall artistic and chronologically tasteful style of the show-room really helps enhance the rows of top-tier Harley-Davidson motorcycles. The maintenance of the building is really good, even the clothing/apparel racks and items were neatly stored--no dust, no raggedy merchandise--this establishment really lives up to the expected rugged elegance of the Harley-Davidson reputation as well as upholds the Mancuso racing background. Great store!
Mancuso Crossroads is my first stop for anything Harley. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Heiko, Huey, Kevin, Jennifer, Jason, and Corona all multiple times both before and after my purchases.... Nothing but knowledgeable consistent customer service. I've yet to have a question or concern and not get a very adequate answer. I highly recommend Crossroads if you are in the area.
Corona at the Service desk is so helpful and personable. He has helped me many times. Also Thumper in the service department put on some bolt covers when I had no idea how to do it. GREAT GUYS THERE!

Took in a part that I needed to replace. Even though the parts department had the broken part in front of them, they ordered the wrong part. I was told only one store in texas had the part and that they could order one and have it overnighted. I then get a call from the parts department the next morning saying that because of the Holidays it would be later next week before the part comes in, if I still want it.
