Class A customer service!! Bought my first bike at Mancuso Central. My dream 2014 Fatboy Lo. Larry Balding met me at the door with a smile. The finance and credit guys were excited to be selling a bike to a woman!! They said "there aren't enough women riders in the world and we need more of that". True customer service! No pressure, great deal and even stayed after hours to finish the deal so I could drive back to Dallas that night. K2, DWALT, and all the others were great to deal with! Highly recommend this place to purchase your next bike or even you just need a little good advice.
Very poor customer service. Purchased something on Wednesday afternoon and tried to exchange it on Friday. We were told we couldn't exchange due to the tags being taken off but they were the tags that you could tie back on. They then said we will exchange as a one time curtesy. When finding the items had been marked down only after a day and a half we were then told we could not get the sale price because of the tags being removed .
