This was my 2nd time at the office. Unprofessional staff, could not find my lab results, Dr was yelling at his staff, yet more turnover with staff. Wait time was well over an hour. They don't give appointment times only arrival times. My new Dr called and they have now lost my chart. Was told there have been numerous complaints about his office. People go here because he thinks he's the best. Do your homework.
Business response:
We have 3 offices therefore requiring different staff to travel to each office, we do not always have the same people in each office so it may seem as a high turnover rate. We are also in the process of expanding so that too requires additional people being hired. We do NOT have our own lab so we always send people to a hospital or laboratory facility. We have no control on when we receive labs. When we do receive them we instantly show the doctor and place them with the patients chart.
Dr. Mancuso has by far the best bedside manner of any Dr on the planet! Don’t understand any negative reviews, his entire staff is very professional and courteous!

What drew me to Dr. Mancuso was the fact that is the only dermatologist in my area that doesn't have a 3 - 6 month wait to get in to see him. In fact I've been seen as soon as the next day. A week is easy. Dr. Mancuso is a friendly person who seems to actually value his patients as people to take care of, versus just a paycheck. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I wish I could find a general practitioner that was half as helpful as this office.
I first went to Dr. Angelo in 2004 for a pre-cancer skin condition and I have never considered another dermatologist. Over the years he has provided excellent care for my entire family. He is personable, easy to get a timely appointment with, easy to talk to, takes time to listen and explain and is very knowledgeable in his field. He has done well for me and I highly recommend him to all. He is an excellent doctor.
Love, love, love Dr Mancuso! He was personable, efficient, and knowledgable. I was able to get in quickly and my office visit was timely. In addition, the Staff was great! Highly recommend.
Doc Mancuso is REALLY AWESOME!!! Every time I come I’m very satisfied. He’s a little bit of a smart a** but he’s deff goood at his job!
Dr. Mancuso and his entire staff provide exceptional medical services. Dr. Mancuso always spends plenty of time with his patients discussing his findings. He is very personable And I most highly recommend him if you're looking for the medical services of an outstanding Demotologist.
