great place for affordable housing but they accept no more applications no body wants to move out no more because it's very affordable
Lived here in Londonderry drive when my daughter Destin sky was a toddler ..had to move due to ongoing harassment and stalking which was noted on myove out paperwork that was nice and meat in a folder stolen .. Carol was very nice and other than those issues I had no negative experience with living there and would recommend it . They had always maintained things well .

If your AC goes out mid summer they'll make sure and not take care of you. They Won't return phone calls zero communication at all. They give you the run around because they don't care at all. Mid 90s all last week no AC the whole time. The office lady is rude and wont look at you or call you back. Absolutely trash
