Very nice leasing office team. Bert and Kelly Always hear me through before responding. Makes me feel like a valued tenant. I wouldn't consider myself high maintenance but I've had higher expectations due to how high the rent is here. I feel very safe here. I like that I can pull into my garage and close the door. I like how well the townhomes are insulated. Can't hear my neighbors. Plus I have a view of downtown from my bedroom!

Amazing town home in terms of amenities and location but their leasing staff is incompetent and rude.More or less ignore you until you harass them with emails and phone calls. Lost our lease agreement and tried to blame us. Refuse to fix a leaking toilet. Left me without electricity in my bathroom for two weeks. Tried to charge us a late fee when THEIR payment portal was down and while I was en route to a funeral told me I had an hour to bring them a check. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere in Uptown.

Great community! Everyone in the leasing office is always helpful and quick to respond. The property is well maintained. Really looking forward to the new pool!
