Best management team ever! Lived here for 3 years and appreciate how the maintenance team prioritizes repairs, especially when Dallas is dealing with 105 degree weather and the air conditioner breaks. Thank you Manchester office & maintenance staff!
Great location!
Leasing office and staff was polite and easy to coordinate with. I used an apartment finder (Rachelle Rannigan) and my leasing contact was Kelly Underwood at Manchester and they both were on time, knowledgeable about what they were doing, and made the logistics of leasing not like pulling teeth. All contact I've had with Kelly has been easy and she has done what she's said she will do. So far I am pleased.
Love where we live and the staff is amazing. We are right in the middle of the fun!
I loved the location and the apartment was fine, in fact I never had a problem while we lived there. BUT, after moving out, and being told I didn't need a walk through, I was sent a bill for over $700 to replace the entire carpet in the apartment for "pet odor," even after a professional move out cleaning. Keep in mind you already pay a $500 fee just for owning a pet at MST. I've tried to seek resolution for this with management and don't have an answer yet, but was treated rudely by someone from the receivables department a... read more
