If I could give them a negative star rating I would. I recommend anyone looking to purchase in this neighborhood to speak with those that have already bought from this builder and research PBG homes; you will hear very similar stories: poor quality work for the price, excuses from the builder, being rushed to the closing table and things not being done, dirty houses, things breaking/falling apart less then 30days from closing, mismatch cabinets....and the list goes on! BUYER BEWARE!
