I cannot say enough about the doctors and nurses in Labor and Delivery, as well as the NICU. I suffered from preeclampsia during my pregnancy and honestly do not think I’d be alive if it weren’t for Doctors Battaglia and Rivera. The nursing staff was equally amazing and tried their very best to calm me when I was freaking out. When my son was finally born at 34 weeks, Dr. Soto and the nurses in the NICU became like a second family. Great care throughout the hospital, all departments.
Just got back from the emergency room at Manatee Memorial. I was treated for an upper respiratory infection. The doctor that treated me was a PA named Ron. He was such an excellent PA and he treated me with respect and his knowledge was amazing. He explained everything plainly, and was very helpful. He took his time and was very nice to my husband and myself. He is a great asset in the ER.
I am so thankful to Manatee Memorial hospital for making it possible for the former Blake Paediatric whole team to continue their amazing work with my child and all the children they work with in this area whose parents were so distraught when informed they would be shutting their doors in 30 days. My husband has been successfully treated at Manatee hospital twice. He suffered a heart attack and DVT. The care he received was excellent. I thank all the wonderful doctors and nurses and constantly recommend Manatee to anyone who asks.
