The customer agent was very professional and helpful and patient in assisting me to set my account. However I think the company should not be charging me $117 dollars for taking my payment when I made the full yearly policy. I am recently a widow trying to keep my affairs in order. I was in shock when the agent told me that even if I make the payment on line I was going to be charge that amount.

Being new to retirement and supplemental insurance for Medicare I found this company very helpful in assisting me and making choices by giving me a variety of options discussing what was available and assisting me if needed. Both Linda and Tammy were excellent in helping me out! I wasn't made to feel bad when I had questions to ask and was greeted every time on a friendly manner and got decent responses!
