How in the hell does it take 60 days to get ALE paid out? How does it take 60 days to get contents which were reviewed 5 days after the fire, paid out? Having to pay rent and a mortgage at the same time, my family is 30 days past due on our rent and on the verge of being kicked out because your team is slow as molasses. The customer agent was very professional and helpful and patient in assisting me to set my account. However I think the company should not be charging me $117 dollars for taking my payment when I made the full yearly policy. I am recently a widow trying to keep my affairs in order. I was in shock when the agent told me that even if I make the payment on line I was going to be charge that amount.
Being new to retirement and supplemental insurance for Medicare I found this company very helpful in assisting me and making choices by giving me a variety of options discussing what was available and assisting me if needed. Both Linda and Tammy were excellent in helping me out! I wasn't made to feel bad when I had questions to ask and was greeted every time on a friendly manner and got decent responses!
