The visit was Ok. However, what a nightmare to get the prescription! The front desk lied about sending the prescription to our pharmacy The receptionist told me the she is scheduling a zoom meeting for us on Tuesday but sent the invitation for Wednesday! When I told the receptionist that I cannot make it on Wednesday and that we need to reschedule, receptionist just hang up on me.
First, this photo is probably 30 years old. This doctor does not look like this photo..at all. She is an old woman. Second, I would never recommend this office. The woman does not listen to her patients, and in my case did not give proper medical care. I have filed a grievance with Blue Shield and it is my opinion that she should no longer be treating patients.
