The staff was super nice. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. They were very knowledgeable & made sure to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be going back.
The staff at iSmile Dental Care is exceptional. I always encounter caring, attentive, and competent professionals (from receptionists, to hygienists and dentists). I also appreciate the fact that the dentist is not trying to sell unnecessary services to me. Honest and competent practice. I highly recommend them.
Today I met two new staff members (new to me, I haven’t been at the office since my last cleaning). Usually when you go to places that has a new staff you feel like something is missing. But not here. These ladies were phenomenal. My cleaning was refreshing and they are always so gentle and at the same time very detailed. The doctor, you can’t ask for a better one. I've had numerous visits for fillings, root canals, extraction, and a crown. I have found all the staff to be friendly and professional.
So pleased with the care we get here! Always treated with a smile, and a genuine interest in how I am doing, and ready to give me the best of care, but with respect to my budget, and what I can afford. They are not money hungry pressuring me into doing work that I can't do, nor selling me on stuff that is not necessary. Dr Raja is great and Dr. Rafik is so nice. They also take time to hire great staff.
Great patient service and explanation of the work to be done. The dentist as well as the whole staff were exceptional.
