Work with their homeonwers and not chase them for over inflated fees that not warranted or documented. Their customer service is TERRIBLE and if I owned that business I would make management changes or at the very least start customer service training immediately!
They told my board that I was liar 🤥 last night and that there best course would be to keep giving notice until I reach the fines stage and keeping fining me til I solve the issue. Which they we can do it 20000 dollars 💵
They are thieves. They have been taking payments for 4 months of 345.46 out of my bank account and I don't own any properties they manage. When I called to inquire about these fraudulent charges, they said I did not have an account with them at all!
Their website states "we are happy to report that we are able to work out payment plans with most owners in order to prevent costly legal filings and additional accrual of fees." However, that's just what they did to me. Sent me one notice, then referred my account to attorney which doubled the fees I owed. Took a week, multiple calls and emails, to finally get the owner to call me back and she basically said 'Sorry', but did nothing else. The people at this company are thieves. I sold a house in longleaf 1.5 years ago and they just yesterday withdrew 316.75 out of my bank account for hoa fees. They should not even have my bank information! They will not return my phone calls after 2 days so I went to office and am now sitting in lobby waiting for sarah (the owner) who is supposedly going to be on the phone for 2.5 hours so cant see me right now. Ok...right... my next stop is my lawyers office
