I use Management Specialists for residential as well as commercial properties, both are managed perfectly. When something is wrong they address the issue right away and keep all of our tenants happy. They find responsible and reliable tenants which is always helpful. I would definitely recommend them to people looking to have their property managed as well as people looking to rent, they are all around a great company to do business with.
We moved from WV over 1,000 miles away. Home was ready to move in just a little extra cleaning (everyone does it their own way). They worked with us very much. Helped out a ton with extra pictures and descriptions. Very quick and easy process even from such a long distance away. We would recommend them to anyone that is looking to move to the area or just moving locally.
I would never rent from these people again not only did they take my friends whole deposit and pet deposit but they charged her extra when she moved out and now a debt collector is harassing her even though it has not been 30 days yet. It's not the fact that she owes the money but they way that they are going about it is absolutely terrible!
Management Specialist does a fabulous job of managing my Florida properties. Since I live 1000 miles away, I rely very heavily on the courteous professionalism and fantastic service they provide.
