As a tenant I would not recommend this company. Donna in the office lacks communication skills to say the least. The effort is placed on the many ways they can extract an extra fee from you. Kip the handy man very short on patience and not truthful.
Anyways quick to respond. Always very polite and helpful. Unfortunately I think one of the girls in the office is a cubs fan. Let's go Mets
Great moving in, disaster moving out. First off, Amber is fantastic, very courteous, she is just put in a bad position by her boss, I think its Jeff. Jeff came out once and promised to trim trees, fix water pressure, etc. Never happened. I had 2 repairs which Amber took care of immediately. When I gave notice, they tried to say I was not within 15 days which they conceited I was. Then I called the cleaning service they reccome do, FHS.
