I did a tour of the unit did a application, then they started asking for crazy stuff i never heard of before like. negative letter for my credit and when your with section 8 their not even suppose to go off your credit because their still getting paid regardless and alot of landlords think we dont know this, i really think their just making money off of their high $75 application fee
As of 2025, it is not worth renting with this company, I repeat, go with any other option. They lied about which residence we were to stay at, fees will be snuck in every 2 months, the place was filthy, among numerous other issues. Please message me if you'd like to hear more, I'll check and make sure this review is still up, and if it is not I will do it again and again to save you trouble
I've lived in one of their apartments for nearly 8 years. They are awful. They do not respond to texts, emails or phone calls. They have an answering service that does not even have access to them directly. The City came out to inspect the building and suddenly they are repairing all the hazards. Yet, they still refuse to answer my repeated emails, calls and texts regarding other issues I am having (like them removing our access to parking, claiming they will credit our account but never doing so).
