I've lived in one of their apartments for nearly 8 years. They are awful. They do not respond to texts, emails or phone calls. They have an answering service that does not even have access to them directly. The City came out to inspect the building and suddenly they are repairing all the hazards. Yet, they still refuse to answer my repeated emails, calls and texts regarding other issues I am having (like them removing our access to parking, claiming they will credit our account but never doing so).

I have been attempting to contact anyone in the office for nearly 3 months now. I have been a tenant in good standing for nearly 7 years. I have never missed or been late with a payment. Despite this, maintenance requests go unanswered, their office fails to provide documentation for charges they are applying, and will never return a call, email or as I've learned FAX or FEDEX. Truly should tell you something about how they treat a tenant in good standing when trying to communicate.

Apartment was filthy upon move in. We left it cleaner than we found it and were still charged cleaning fees. Were informed the apartment would be painted white prior to move in. It was painted beige. We painted it white and were charged painting fees when we moved out. Painting fees are legal when painting to the original color (which in this case, would have been beige). This place isn’t safe,my suv got shot up in the parking garage, I have 2 water and power bills here… my personal bill for my apartment and the community bill that’s almost $200, there’s no washers/dryers and we can’t have any plants &flowers, and the rent goes up
