This woman named Gerri Hudson took a $1500 check for a deposit. The next day I changed my mind about the house due to her extremely abrasive text to me surrounding the owner of the house. (there was no lease signed) By LAW any deposit money is supposed to be put in a secure bank account where it is held. Definitely one of the better Property managements. I've dealt with some horrible property managements in the past. Gheri and Amy have been the best! If I call with a problem they are on top of it! Thank you for all you do!!
I rented through them once, when I dropped my deposit I was super excited about moving in so it randomly drive by and look at the place and on multiple occasions I caught them still showing the property after they took my deposit and promised it to me, they left the for rent sign up and would keep taking application fees and showing the property until the day we moved in.
