I have used their services for several of my offices over many years after having had really bad experiences with others. The reason I have kept using Managed Outsource Solutions is because they are perfectly reliable, are exceedingly helpful anytime there are issues, which is very rare anyway. After so many years, and consistent excellent service, I would never even consider using other services. I highly recommend Managed Outsource Solutions certainly for any medical practice requiring hard copy reports.

I have worked with MOS for a couple of years now and have recommended them to every attorney in our firm. Before that, I did my own summaries and hired other agencies to do them. They have bent over backwards when needed to get me what I need when I need it. They have always been receptive to special requests. MOS makes me feel valued as a customer. No one is perfect, of course. But, when there is a problem (seldom as it is), they fix it.

I have a small two physician medical practice and initially we tried to do in-house billing. Once we started working with OSI we realized we were leaving a lot of money on the table. I have have worked with OSI for the past 4 years. Love that they provide me with my personal account manager. Just a shout out to Harry who is available to answer questions and provide guidance whenever needed in our billing cycle. I would recommend them unconditionally.

Have worked with Managed Outsource Solutions over a number of years on our big Christmas project. They have always been extremely reliable, professional as well as friendly.
