I was in yesterday for my toddler, the nurse and Dr we had were fantastic. The front counter staff could be a little more friendly and engaging.
The clinic is occasionally very full and sees patients slowly because of the volume. Usually, though, service is good, fast, and friendly. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. This is my go to Walk-In Clinic in NWA.
The staff at this Medi-Serve clinic are very friendly. They have a competent, efficient staff and are able to get you in, and back to your day in a timely manner.
