The staff and Dr. Harris were prompt at seeing me and getting me the medications I needed to get back on my feet!
I couldn't get into my primary for a few more days, and they suggested Mediserve! I wish I could give them 1 star because they poked me, but I can't- they were too nice and helpful! Julia Blanchard was amazing! She was very friendly, caring, and did not rush us. I recommend this place!!!!
My U of A daughter, just saw the doc for the first time. Staff was friendly and treated her with kindness - never fun being sick and when you are away from home and not familiar with dr it can add stress to your recovery. Thank you all for being professional, kind and doing a great job treating ill students away from home.
Took my son to see Dr. Harris tonight. We didn't have to wait long. The nurses and staff were really friendly. Dr. Harris was great. He took his time, answered questions, and was so kind to all three of my children.
Great place very convenient and through easy to get in and out
I'm very, very grateful to the doctors and nurses that work here. They are kind, thorough, and efficient. We have a primary doctor but this location is close to the house and comfortable. I would recommend this location and these people any day of the week. Thank you especially to Chip, Julia & Dr. Harris!!
We love Mediserve. Yes, we have a primary care physician, but when we haven't been able to get into them on short notice, this clinic has provided excellent healthcare to my teenager. They have xray capabilities; they'll test for strep or flu. Out of the three times we've been in the past 8 months the longest we've had to wait is about an hour. The shortest, three minutes.
The clinic was great was in and out in less than an hour. Staff was great and very knowledgeable!!
