I was one of Dr Hanna’s first patience when he moved his practice to NWA. His office staff has always very friendly and caring and will work with you to get you in when’s you need to. Both Dr Hannon and Nurse practitioner Jody Francisco are both very caring and professional and never have felt rushed in an appointment. If you are looking for a family Dr. I would look into this clinic.
I have been seeing Dr. Hannon and staff for many years. I trust their care and medical expertise. I always feel comfortable and know they care about my health and well being. I feel fortunate that we have this choice for Family medicine in NW AR.
Amazing practice. Great patient portal, prompt appointments, refills and no double booking - you get seen at the time your appointment is scheduled. Beyond thorough tests/treatments, referalls, knowledge and bedside manner. Also friendly to holistic/natural medicines.

I love how thorough the providers at this practice are. They always take time to listen to my concerns, do appropriate testing, and refer me to and collaborate with specialists when needed. I feel confident that they put my health as a top priority. The reception and nursing staff are always friendly, respectful and professional, as well. I’m glad to entrust my healthcare needs to MANA at Pinnacle Hills and would highly recommend to my family and friends.
