Dr. Lo has been my Mom's dentist for many years. I so appreciate Dr. Lo's patience and kindness as she explains procedures and treatments to my Mom. Dr. Lo never rushes but is very efficient in dispensing excellent dental care.

I tried to call to make an appointment but nobody pick up the phone for a couple of days at different hour. One day I called at different time again and someone pick up the phone and ask very rudely : you called so many times today! What do you want to do ? So I knew She’s not away from the desk, but didn’t want to answer the phone. Once you’re lucky enough to get the phone picked up, all you got is a rude question!
