Wow! – I've been to many car washes and Mammoth Car Wash & Detail Salon has won me over. They did a miraculous job cleaning my vehicle as well as having a friendly staff who answered all of my question. Great expirience.
Watch Your Bank Account – My husband and I got my car wash on a Sunday. On Monday, we notcied our bank account was charged twice. I called the manager, Mark, and he said he would credit my account. By Tuesday, no credit. On Tuesday, I called and spoke with the owner, Jimmy, he said he would credit the account. On Wednesday, they charged my account yet again. It was an issue with the credit card company in the beginning and she really didn't understand that. We had switched our credit card processing company that day and hers happened to get double charged. I spoke with her several times and even credited her an additional car wash amount plus her original money back that day. Sadly the credit card companies will take money immediatly but they take 5-10 business days to credit it back. My sincere appologies to this customer.
Rain Guarantee is BS – I paid for a wash and they did a decent job, there were a few small missed spots but nothing major. I asked when I paid for the wash about their "Rain Guarantee" since the weather forecast included the possibility of rain the next day and I was told that I could bring the car back and they would wash the car again free if it did rain. Dear Sir, I do remember you coming in the day before it rained. I am the owner and we specifically talked about the 48 hour deadline ( rain or no rain you had 48 hours). We have been doing this for 14 years and typically we honor the FREE rain wash even a day after. Might want to call before you drive to Mammoth – This is my first time writing something like this and I hate saying anything bad about companies, but just wanted to let you know how dissapointed I was today with Mammoth.. Top Shelf car wash – If you really care about how your car looks and don't want to subject it to a tunnel wash (like Sky), then this is the place for you. Great hand carwash with an excellent waiting area and friendly service. It is not inexpensive, but as with anything, you get what you pay for. I have higher end German cars, and this is the only place I would take them. Pamper Yourself and Everyone You Know – We surprised our office administrator with a full auto detail for Administrative Professionals Day. She will never forget it. Jimmy, the owner of Mammoth, gave her a personal tour of the work done on her car. It looked and smelled like a brand new car. All of the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. Great auto detail! – My '07 Corvette needed some repainting after a minor mishap. All was well- except the body shop put some pretty significant swirls in the in the paint during their process. Asked Mammoth for an exterior detail and Zymol polish. The car is unbelievable! The paint is better than factory new (car has 4000 miles) smooth and EVERY swirl was completely removed - even a factory blemish in the clear coat that I forgot to mention to them. Highly recommend!
Mammoth car wash and detailing provides the results that will make you a repeat customer! – Great service! Mammoth people know what they are providing-a clean car that "shines" on the inside as well as on the exterior. I was looking for a top quailty, hand-car wash. The place where I get my tires and have work done on both our cars recommended Mammouth. I like the options on the different plans available. Very pleased with the results!
ABSOLUTELY BEST HAND WASH AND SERVICE IN ATLANTA – Bring all my cars to Mammoth. The crew there is very concerned about your satisfaction. The commitment to quality starts with the owner who greets you with a smile and handshake every time you arrive. You feel like a friend and he wants to make sure you are happy when you get your clean car. I own 2 Mercedes, 1 Porsche, and a caddy and I would not trust them to anybody else but Mammoth. I drive past at least 20 other car wash facilities to get to Mammoth. Enough said.
