They do a really good job and are pretty efficient at moving the cars through the line. The only downside is their hours. They suck. 8 to 6? Seriously? Some people work, ya know? Everybody isn't a stay at home mom in Alpharetta.
Great Customer Service – I have taken all of my vehicles to Mammoth Car Wash for the last 3 years. The wash quality is great, but the thing that brings me back is the incredible customer service. Every one of the employees treats you like you are their only customer. Great job Jimmy and Team!
Best car wash in the area hands down! – The bottom line.. tunnel washes suck. Mammoth does it by hand.. and they do it better than anyone else. Their attention to detail is impressive and the quality and consistency of their work keeps me coming back. Do they cost a bit more? Yes. Is it worth it? You bet. My truck comes out cleaner than the day I bought it each time.
Good business, but not very friendly – We used Mammoth to detail our '02 Escape before we sold it, so when we saw the deal they were offering on Living Social, we bought a certificate. However, when I called to set up an appointment to use it, I was told they won't take appointments for a hand wash/quick detail. I have an 11 month old and a 3 year old. Dear Customer, I wanted to appologize for any misunderstanding on the amount of time it will take to do a "Mega" mammoth wash (Living Social Deal) on your vehicle. Our wash times vary from 20 minutes to 40 minutes depending on when you come in. We have a large staff of experienced hand car wash employees. We do offer high end detailing packages which can take any where from 1.5 hours up to 6 hours. Please keep in mind these are different from the Living Social deal.
Pamper your car at Mammoth – Every time I get my car washed at Mammoth, it looks and feels cleaner than it did when I first bought it! The staff is courteous and helpful, and there’s a very comfortable waiting area – I love the laptops available for use. I’m very happy with everything I’ve had done at Mammoth. I had an exterior detail done a few months ago on a car that had all sorts of paint problems, and it still looks so much better! I don’t take my car anywhere else!
Upgrade charge for CRV? – Hey Jimmy, Why is there an upgrade charge for small SUV's? I researched a couple of other places that does not charge extra. I'm gonna come by sometime in the next couple of weeks, but just wondering...

It just depends on the vehicle. What make and model is it? Most car washes are tunnel (machine) washes, so the machine washes a big car the same speed as a small car. We charge upcharges based on the extra time it takes for our staff to work on it. We have a Free price guide here at the store. Better than the rest! – I love my car and have always been very particular about having it cleaned well. Mammoth is the only place I will bring my car to be cleaned because my car feels like new every time! I have been to other car washes in the area, and have left extremely unsatisfied. In being "particular", I have often had to ask others to clean areas of my car that did not meet my standards the first time around.
