I really wanted to love this place! I’ve tried Maman at a few different locations. We decided to have brunch at this location today and were really disappointed. Staff was really nice and the aesthetics of the space is beautiful, but the food didn’t match the vibe unfortunately. We ordered the famous croissant waffles and the avocado toast. Happened upon this place on accident and glad I did! Excellent iced latte and almond croissant. I love the blue and white plate and mugs that they use. Very nice atmosphere. Perfect coffee stop!
Loved the decoration, the flowers, the beautiful organization of the store, the details of the cups and plates. The cashier was ok, not overly friendly either. Maman is a lovely café with a warm, stylish atmosphere and really delicious food. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared, and the service was friendly. A perfect spot for breakfast, pastries, or coffee in Washington!
I had a bad morning and needed to wait an hour until I could retrieve my car. So I thought I should get a drink and check the area out. Thankfully I found this cafe and was surprised to see how lively it was. They have various pastries and drinks. I ordered the Banana Pudding Latte and it was great! I typically like my drinks very sweet but this drink came out a nice sweet with a bit of the coffee flavor. I was assisted by Luis.
