Ordered a tea, basically hot water poured in a cup and had to wait a good 5 min for it. The staff was chit chatting and not working.. not too great. Tea was good but overpriced, cookie was delicious.
I’ve been coming to this location for over 4 years now and ever since Juan took over it has been the best experience. Employees are happy and service is impeccable. This shift was a very good decision!
walking into the place was absolutely stunning and didn’t wait too long for seating but the service was absolutely terrible. the server we had rolled her eyes and huffed because i decided to change sparkling water to tap water…? and then we had waited 20 minutes to order because we had to call one of the servers over, the entire time we had food the servers did not check on us once.. and actually even avoided us so we wouldn’t call on them. i would over take out instead of dining in unfortunately. over the food was great but... read more
Food was really good and delicious. The fall special latte’s are must try. The servers are also very sweet and helpful. We were helped by Jaun.
