Amazing service! They were open Christmas Eve, no wait! The waiter kept refilling the water and chips. Everything tasted great and was perfect temperature. Chips were too salty, but fresh.
Under the new owner, they removed Mamacita Sauce from the menu! This was the restaurant's best sauce and added tons of flavor to everything you added it too especially enchiladas... Today I was given some bland, brown gravy filler as a substitute on my enchiladas and it had no flavor or texture leaving me far from satisfied... They also didn't bring us any fresh Tortillas during our meal... New owners at the Mamacita’s in New Braunfuels and now they don’t have any vegetarian options so anybody that doesn’t want to eat meat products can’t go there poor rating. When I asked they were sort of snobby about it. So stay away and go to Garcia’s as they go out of the way to have vegan and vegetarian availble grwat foods.
Awesome place awesome food. Will be going back there again highly recommended.

So disappointed! We’ve ate here for the past 8 yrs and they had a management change or got bought out and they got rid of the two dishes that were my favorite! The best baby back ribs you ever ate and shrimp Alfredo and they changed the tortillas! I tried lime salmon and was very disappointed! AND... no pink lemonade!
Came on a recommendation and it was totally worth it! Husband got the beef fajitas (skinny) and I got the veg fajitas, both were delicious! Wait staff was attentive and friendly. If I'm back in New Braunfels for another event, we will totally be back!
