The food was good and the owner was kind enough to make it right when there was a hiccup in the system. I respect that.
Completely love this location, food is amazing, great prices. Had a little trouble with the new location (Osceola), but as soon as the owner, Paul, found out he immediately responded and rectified the situation. SIDE NOTE: BEST FRIES EVER!
Kissimmee location in the loop is the worst. 3 different occasions bad experience even got a spider in my Pizza box.
The food is AWESOME. But the service was the worst. No organization, no respect to the customers. Order was super delay! I waited 45 min for just some chicken wings. Very disappointed. I wish the owner knows about this. He is about to lose a good business.
Good food, good customer service, but not happy with the expected wait time I was given for take-out order. Took twice as long as I was told!
It is so disappointing when people have a good business but do not care about customer service. I have order delivery multiple times because the food is really good. However, there is always something wrong with my order. They change staff constantly which might mean they treat employees wrong. I hope the owner realizes the horrible customer service they have. Late orders, incomplete orders, messed up orders, etc.
usually good food but yesterday it took almost 2 hours for my food to be delivered. they forgot my garlic knots, took another hour to receive. penne vodka w/chicken and shrimp was very salty but ate it anyway cause I was starving! I think it depends who cooks your food there. that will be my last time ordering.
