I received pizza instead of pasta. I don’t eat pizza. When I attempted to contact the restaurant to get my order corrected they said there’s nothing they could do about it because it because they’re “closed”. I asked for a refund and let them know I would bring the food back. The manager “right now” said there’s nothing to be done. I requested to speak with the OWNER who was not in... I will be speaking with Paul tomorrow because customer service goes a LONG way and the “manager right now” has none.

I had a minor error with my delivery order. When I called the restaurant to speak with a manager Josh immediately got on the phone and without hesitation corrected the situation. . Five stars Josh!! Thank you for your prompt resolution!!!
The last 4 times I called in for a take out order they messed up on my order. When I arrive it’s an additional 20min or they forget the order. I was home sick and ordered food and when i went to pick it up after waiting 45 minutes, the staff forgot to put the order in! They told me it was an additional 30minutes for the food to be ready! The food is delicious but the staff and inconsistencies is not worth the trouble. I refuse to order from there!
My husband and I went for the first time last night to give it a try. Everything was DELICIOUS! The service was great and the Parmesan Crusted Chicken was to die for! My husband had a Calzone which he LOVED! I highly recommend this place! 👍👍👍
Nothing like waiting 45 mins for a 20 min pizza only for for it to come out like trash. Never again. This place is so inconsistent. For every 3 trashed pizzas you’ll get a good one. Customer service is poor as well. After 20 mins when asked how much longer, they forgot to put it in the oven and laughed about it. Lost my business I give up with this place.
Been coming here for years cause I’ve always lived in the area but today I paid $42 for a calzone and a pie of pizza....... that’s crazy....... I paid it cause I ordered it but definitely will not be returning..... that’s CRAZY!!!!!! Brothers pizza in BVL is the way to go!!!! 💯
